The Arctic Lowlands Locations......

The Arctic Lowlands and the Innuitians are the most isolated areas of Canada, comprising of low-lying islands and parts of the northern shore of Canada, including most of Victoria Island, Prince of Wales Island, and King William Island. For most part of the year, these barren areas are covered with snow. It's characterized by short summers and bitter cold winters. Although the vegetation is poor, the soil here is rich in non-renewable resources such as, zinc, lead, oil, natural gas and coal.
