Mountain climbing is a part of sports or hobbies of hiking, skiing or climbing of mountains. Now a day Climbing consists three parts: rock-craft, snow-craft and skiing, It’s depending on whether the route chosen is over rock, snow or ice. Rock climbing:- Rock climbing is a very physical sport in which participants climb across natural rock formations or artificial rock walls. The goal is to reach the summit of a formation or the endpoint of a pre-defined route without falling. Rock climbing is both a physically and mentally demanding sport. The sport tests the climber's strength, endurance, agility and balance along with his mental control. It is a dangerous sport and knowledge of proper climbing techniques and usage of specialized climbing equipment is crucial. Because of the wide range and variety of rock formations around the world, rock climbing has been separated into several different styles. Ice climbing:- Ice climbing refers to roped and protected climbing of features such as icefalls, frozen waterfalls, and cliffs. For the purposes of climbing, ice can be broadly divided into two spheres, alpine ice and water ice.
